We make our very own nutty peanut butter. We gently roast peanuts in the oven, sieve and select the best (say no to acrid nuts), blend and directly infuse the peanut butter in fresh milk. You may taste bits of peanuts but that’s because it is made from the real thing. We top our Peanut Butter gelato ice cream with drizzles of couverture chocolate for that additional oomph.
