In 2021, we set up our first gelato ice cream cafe at 34 Haji Lane. The cafe started as an “experiential center” for our food establishment clients and quickly became a popular gelato ice cream destination.

White-Label Beginning.
For many years, we did not have our own cafe. We started off by helping many of Singapore’s prominent ice cream cafes stand out. That’s what we specialize in, and we are pretty darn good at it.
In 2013, we started off selling our gelato ice cream at pop-ups, and were approached by ice cream cafe owners to do white labeling. White labeling, in a nutshell, meant that we sign a non-disclosure agreement to handcraft our gelato ice cream for cafes and restaurants to sell under their own brand.

Being the “Brand Behind Brands”, our main focus has always been on our clients. We apply our award-winning expertise to help our clients succeed. Our solid R&D team crafts new gelato ice cream flavors regularly. To date, we have over 300 gelato ice cream flavors. We supply Singapore’s major F&B establishments such as ice cream cafes, cafes, restaurants, grocers, and hotels.
Our production kitchen is halal-certified and SFA-certified.
We Trained in Italy. Really.
Our founder Chef Sharon packed her bags and flew to Bologna in Italy to spend two months learning from the best gelato masters in Bologna and Florence.
She then went on to make headlines as Singapore’s first representative at the Gelato World Tour Final, and eventually clinching the Asia-Pacific Gelato World Tour Title whom she still holds to present.
